ZG series electrical vibrating feeder are widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, thermal power, heat-resisting material, glass, building materials, light industry, food and other industries. It is capable of quantitative feeding the block-shaped, granular and powdered materials uniformly. 1.Simple structure, easy maintenance, low noise, easy installation, running smoothly, fast start-up and steadily stop;
2.Make use of the vibration motor as excitation source, and the material do parabolic movement; therefore, reduce the feeder trough and increase the feeder’s service life.
3.The material flows can be instantaneously changed, thus the quantitative feeding accuracy can be improved.

ZG series electrical vibrating feeder realizes feeding by using special vibration motor to drive the feeder trough doing reciprocating movement along the inclines; when the vertical component of the acceleration force is greater than gravity, the material will be tossed, and the material will continuously skip forward due to the continuous operation of the vibration motor; therefore to achieve the purpose of feeding, as shown in Fig. 2.
