HPY Multi-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher possesses huge crushing power, which is suitable for crushing various medium hard and above materials for coarse and fine crushing. 1. Robust frame
The alloy casting frame is super robust and durable due to the FEM analysis in design.
2. Special chamber
Large eccentricity, high swing frequency and lamination crushing ensure high productivity, well-shape grain and low cost of wearing parts
3. Fixed shaft
Main shaft is immovable during the operation, which is best to increase its intensity and obtain larger power, but the weight is greatly reduced than traditional cone crusher.
4. Tramp iron or overload protection
Multiple distribution of hydraulic cylinder makes the machine has stronger crushing force when crush hard material. The special hydraulic protection device can effectively protect the machine when iron goes into the chamber.

Remarks: the above capacity is based on the limestone open operation with loose density 1.6t/m3, in case of close operation, the capacity is 15%-30% higher than in open operation.
The mantle do cranking motion under the driven of eccentric bushing, which squeezing,grinding and rubbing the material between the mantle and concave ring. Based on lamination theory, the material is crushed and polished according to the texture by multi-direction force, finally, becomes good-shape aggregate and discharges from the bottom. The unqualified material has to be crushed continuously before meets the standard.
